TEES

How do I determine the proper tee size?
Please refer to the Fit Guide to ensure a proper fit. 

How do I care for my tee?
The best way to care for WEE the PEOPLE tees is to turn them inside out and machine or hand wash in cold water.  Do not use bleach.  Tees are 100% cotton and may shrink after being washed and dried. To reduce shrinkage, dry on low heat or hang dry.  Ironing the design is not recommended.

SHIPPING

What shipping method do you use?
WEE the PEOPLE uses standard shipping for orders via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. 

When will when my tees arrive? Can you expedite shipping?
Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 5-10 business days.  Please contact us directly regarding expedited shipping @ lisa@weethepeopletee.com. 

How much does shipping cost? 
It depends on the size of your order.  A single tee will ship for $4.00 in the contiguous US. Shipping rates will increase with multiple tee orders depending on package weight. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the tees to your cart and press the “update total” button.  

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, WEE the PEOPLE cannot process orders outside of the United States.

How can I track my shipment?
After placing your order, you will receive an email receipt and shipping confirmation. You can log into your account anytime to track your order. You will also receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships. 

PAYMENTS

What forms of payment do you accept?
WEE the PEOPLE accepts most major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express all processed through Shopify.

How secure is your store?
Our store uses Shopify powered by STRIPE for payment processing. Confidential information is automatically encrypted in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL). Shopify is in compliance with the highest level of PCI (Payment Card Industry) standards. 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Unworn tees may be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the packing slip you received with your original purchase. If a tee is defective, it may be exchanged for a new tee which will be shipped to you at no additional charge.  If you have further questions, please Contact Us.
